Love this idea. Very nice PDF. Great job highlighting the idea at the beginning and then drawing the conclusion at the end. Here are a few thoughts:
1. Keep exploring more guerilla and print executions. I'd like to see a flipped perspective visualized in an attention-getting way.
2. I really like the 'Live world clock' microsite. Can you show more of the transition from the world map to the next page? Can you zoom in? Please work this out.
I think you guys are ready to begin making the demo. Think about filming some flipped perspectives to highlight your idea even more. In Flash you can embed video inside your site layout to bring it to life.
