Test Drive A One Show Pencil

Agency: Boone Oakley

Because your work for Long's is going to kick One Show ass, right? Take a look at this site. I got all the way up to the point where they asked me for money. I'm not going to buy an award, even if it's only temporary and I get my money back. Not to gloat, but I've won my fair share of ad metal in my day, but I'm still fed up with this self-congratulatory part of our business (And that does not excuse you from entering! I'll be posting a list of upcoming award shows). So, go ahead and give the One Show your credit card number and please let me know how your experience was. Because I honestly do not think the experience would be worth it. -Jon

I wish I would have read your words before click on the link. Ya I agree this is sad that the reputed One Show can stoop to this level by offering this. Its not just the money part, even if it was offered for free its a slap to your dignity and self respect .

I like that the site is designed like a car site. Some of the award tests are pretty funny. Especially the speed test.

The whole idea seems pretty weird.

Don't know why One Show wants to use this way to compare with other awards. But it's kind of interesting. I like it uses different awards in different tests. Crashing clio is funny.

It’s pretty funny in the point that the award has been through many tests. They made the award look tough as a car but only bad thing is it also can buy with money as a car too.
It just lose a value in itself.
