Have a Happy BetaMaxmas!

http://betamaxmas.com/

Most of you are too young to remember this decade. Damn you all! (I say in the most loving way) This is a good example of what you can do online. It's an experience. An experience of a time when a man said "pity the fool" and cars talked. Notice the option to post to Facebook. Something to always consider. Tune in and have fun. I had to click the about button to find out what was happening. I wish that more channels were functioning. The second time I logged into the site the channels had much better programming. And for the record a lot of this stuff was on TV in my time.

I didn't really understand why the site was called BetaMax, because it didn't seem to use the tapes at all. (I assume that it was to reference the time period). Maybe I missed something, but that was a pretty big letdown.

This site is hilarious. These shows are so bizarrely awesome 20 years later. Definitely a clever use youtube.
